I don’t usually write reviews, but I absolutely had to after my experience here. I’ve never actually purchased a car from Kia, but I’ve been using their service department for my Kia Stinger—and after this, I don’t think I’d go anywhere else. Courteous staff, completed requested maintenance for my Sorento in one day, but exceeded the invoiced estimate quote by 18% ($130.00). There was no phone call to get my approval for the higher charges prior to vehicle pickup. My fault was not scrutinizing the invoice until after getting home, my bad. Speaking with the Service Manager, he said he'd look into this and get back to me. No contact since. If this is resolved to my satisfaction, I'll revise my review. The ball is in your court Prescott Valley Kia.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people are extremely rude and incompetent. My sister took her kia here to try to get the door latch fixed and the person helping us was an older man about in his 60s. He was trying to charge her 630 dollars to get it fixed even though it's covered under warranty come to find out through another dealership.
