I had a great experience. My dentist referred me here and even called them to make the appt for me. They got me in the VERY next day. Everyone from the front desk, the assistant and the Dr were very professional. Everything was explained to me and they made sure I understood what was happening and what the end result was that we were working towards. Went in for a root canal procedure. Everything went well. Very friendly and calming staff. Procedures to be performed was explained in advance so I knew what to expect. Only very minor pain when the numbing shot was given, no pain after that. Got a post procedure call from the office to ensure I was doing well. I have had no issues post-procedure. Highly recommend this office. Dr. Smith performed the procedure and Birtha was the assistant.
