Used to be a good place before taken over by ForeFront Dermatology. Prices have surged and customer satisfaction has dropped considerably. Five members of our family have gone there since the early 2000s. Billing did not match with BCBS Explanation of Benefits statement. Overcharged, sent info, two weeks no response. Called live, 20 minute on hold. Was told $119.68 refund by first level person who wanted to send refund to two different cards used. Then supervisor said $45.89 to be sent to one card. I had a great experience here! All the staff are super welcoming and they got me in and out pretty quickly. Holly is also wonderful, I appreciate her help and kindness throughout my appointment!
This was my first time as a new patient at the Prescott Valley location. This location is convenient for me and the office was very inviting and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Once it was my turn I was greeted by Dr Pham's assistant with a warm welcome. The room was exceptional, well lit, clean and comfortable. Very happy with my first visit here. I chose to see Mr. Ha Le Pham, who impressed me with his 20 years of experience. He gave me a thorough, knowledgable exam and answered my questions precisely and fluently. I think I made a good choice.
