Staff were really rude and when I asked for a simple question they would just sigh or roll their eyes. I was helping a veteran and their telephone mannerisms are very unprofessional.
Wonderful facility! I was greeted and taken in quickly for my scheduled procedures. All employees were, prompt and generous with information. And several employees introduced themselves as the person I had spoken to on the phone. The technicians that provided the procedures were pleasant and efficient and answerd any questions I had. I will definitely trust the Prescott VA to provide my future healthcare! Thanks!
One of the most pleasant VA related experiences we’ve had so far. Husband went in with sudden sever side pain. Staff was exceptional, detailed and knowledgeable. We were in and out with labs and CT scan results in under 3 hours. Huge praise to this team!
