Didn't get the right location of water leak. You assured me that you were 100% correct on a 10x10 area. I had a 3 man crew and paid them on your location which cost me over $1000 dollar's. So, I hired another utility location company. Which they located my lines and my leak. You also charged me for travel time which he didn't tell me upfront. This company isn't as quality as advertised.

Didn't get the right location. Used the company to find where the main water line entered the home. He pointed to a 1/2 line going into a bathroom. We were having a water filter system installed for the home. When the plumber came out I pointed out the line and the plumber knew something wasn't right and it took the plumber about 30 minutes to find the main line. Thanks Dependable Dutchman Plumbing.

I love Perry he provided his knowledge and expertise! He had given me GREAT advise to resolve my issues with the Water Main location.

BEWARE!!! If I could give a zero star review I would. I have NEVER written a review in my life but what happened as a result of their incompetence is unforgivable. We had a main water line leak on the side of our home in the front yard and had to utilize a locator before any work could be done. Perry incorrectly marked the location of the leak and it turned out to be more than 5 feet away from where he identified it to be. Not happy with the amount I was charged. He was at my house for less than 1 1/2 hours, charged me for 2 1/2 hours. When I called he told me it was the travel charge from Prescott to Prescott Valley which he charged $150 that was excessive to me.
