BEWARE!!! If I could give a zero star review I would. I have NEVER written a review in my life but what happened as a result of their incompetence is unforgivable. We had a main water line leak on the side of our home in the front yard and had to utilize a locator before any work could be done. Perry incorrectly marked the location of the leak and it turned out to be more than 5 feet away from where he identified it to be. Not happy with the amount I was charged. He was at my house for less than 1 1/2 hours, charged me for 2 1/2 hours. When I called he told me it was the travel charge from Prescott to Prescott Valley which he charged $150 that was excessive to me.
We had a slight water leak between the house and the meter box. I was worried as to where it could be and how much it would cost to fix. Perry found it right away, and it was fortunately an easy fix. He even reduced his rate because he found it so quick. I was very grateful for his quick response and ethics.
From time to time I need a dependable locating service that has the same standard I have for my clients and Perry meets that standard. A straight shooter with integrity you can trust. The 2 clients I used him before were very pleased with the project in part with Prescott Utility Locating. I look forward to doing more business in the future.
