I paid $125 for a pergola estimate and never got an estimate. I was told by the "secretary" that this was a design fee and that "Josh" would have to come out and measure. What a joke, and a rip-off, I paid and never received an estimate! When I called "Josh", I was told, " I didn't bother to send you an estimate because it was too much. When I asked if I could have my money back, "Josh" replied, " now why would I do that?". Ridiculous! I would not recommend Prescott & Sons.
I had a roof done in Nov 2017. I discovered a wet spot on my ceiling in Nov 2019. I contacted Prescott & Sons about the leak and was informed that the no longer do roofing and I was referred to a roofing company for any repairs that would be necessary. Be AWARE of the workmanship warranty in their contracts!!! Mine was only for ONE YEAR on the roof that I had done.
RecommendedJosh and his crew just finished project #4 for us. This time was a total kitchen remodel. I love how it turned out. It functions so much better for me. I would hire them again if we need any thing else done.
Prescott and Sons construction is very professional. They are on time, willing to coordinate with other companies when necessary, and will exceed your expectations.
I love my new deck! Thank you Josh for the design suggestions and for listening to my ideas. George and Corey did a great job including the small details that made a big difference to me. I hated my old deck but love my new deck!

Several years ago, Prescott and Sons reroofed my house, replaced facial boards, and added a patio cover in order to resolve leak problems. Recently I noticed some water spotting on an onside wall. In the attic was evidene of water around a air pipe in the attic ceiling. Called Josh and he immediately came over and seal the leak with silicon and a rubber pipe flange at no cost to me. I will never call on anyone other than Prescott and Sons for repair or remodeling. I recommend him highly to others.
