Prescott Reserve Services were obtained to handle title transfer for purchase agreement for my new home. Prescott failed to obtained proper ordinance paperwork to verify there were no outstanding bills prior to closing of the home I later found out that they were outstanding sanitary sewer bill I spoke with Timothy who is the president of the company he assured me on numerous occasions that this bill be taken care of here it is nine months later and the bill still hasn't been taken care of and no one is answering or returnin... read more
