The neighborhood is very nice, the neighbors even nicer! I'm happy with the house I purchased, the little issues I found the warranty team was able to help me with. Mary and Mike are both super nice and I appreciate the quick responses I got from them. Excited to see the rest of the neighborhood filling out! Watching the houses go up every week is impressive as the building teams turns empty lots into houses.

We loved working with Shawn and Lissa in sales, and the construction team was knowledgeable and quick to address our concerns, making the entire process incredibly smooth. We recently purchased a newly constructed home in Prescott Ranch. We were early in the process and had some customization done on the home. The builder was extremely easy to work with. They have one of the most flexible building and design choices on the market. Our experience from start to finish has been extremely satisfying. They have competent, friendly professional staff. Any issues that came up have been addressed and done expeditiously. We love the home! Highly recommend!
