It’s not the same since the change of ownership. I brought my roofing coil nailer there twice and both times I got it back in the same condition. When I called them for the third time, the “guy” in charge was rude. Unfortunately they’re the only repair shop in town. I would like to see someone else open up a tool repair, you would do well. There’s no competition.

I’ve dealt with Prescott Power and Tool ever since Lee Hogan owned it. Then Mike bought it. Mike and his guys were great, too. Now it’s owned by Southern something-or-other. Tim is great and helpful! But there is a strange, rude dynamic in that place with the owner and his wife. They’re obviously under lots of pressure to be so mean. I give them until Fall.

There is an rude old lady and a younger boy also rude. No wonder that store is always empty. I saw a 5 star review, that is fake. Mike is no longer there. New help every week. Mechanics change a lot.

I have been taking my DuoFast electric stapler here for maintenance for many years. Today, I come in, and they won't even look at it! I guess the new owner now rejects repairs they don't want to do? I would have been a little more accepting of this news if someone working there had even tried to do something close to customer service. Bummer when new ownership kills the vibe.

Had Prescott Power Tool replace the chuck on my Milwaukee Fuel hammer drill about four months ago, now after just residential use it is broken and they state they provide no warranty on the parts and labor because it's been four months. Not happy I wasted 80 bucks.
