I lived at Prescott Pike by Redwood for three years. I moved when another Redwood facility came open, which was closer to my work. I absolutely loved living at Prescott Pike. I loved the apartment manager (Tracy/Mandy/Lacey) and the maintenance man (Dave). I would put in a ticket and Dave would be there usually that same day. If you value your time, quality of life and sanity stay away from Redwood Apartments like the plague. This corporation makes millions of promises about nice apartments and neighborhoods and delivers on none of them. The onsite staff ignores every problem they can and makes excuse after excuse when you cite the lease to them. We lived at Prescot Pike in Brimfield Ohio for 18 months and would suggest everyone one to avoid that place. It is full of loud late-night parties, and rampant drug / drug sales.
