Diane and her husband were a joy to meet and they were fully prepared to show us a variety of listings. We were very impressed with the thought put into meeting us on very short notice as they provided us with a handbook with everything we would want to know about purchasing a home in Prescott. In addition, they were fun to be around and very personable. Bottom line, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Incredibly knowledgeable. After a day being shown around Prescott Lakes, I felt all questions were answered and we had all the information we needed to make a decision. (And her pickles are pretty darned good)

Diane and Randal ROCK! Diane was almost immediately in tune with my needs and wants in my search for the right home. My house-hunting trip was short as I found THE home on Day 1. To save me from making an extra trip to Prescott from my former home which was a two-hour drive away, she and Randal offered to provide me with a drone video of the new neighborhood and location of the future amenities.
