I would not work there at all is ran like a high school. My fiance was constantly bullied she went to hr nothing was done. She went to corporate nothing was done. Even spoke to the district manager nothing was done. She told them she had a back injury which kept her from being as fast she could be but still getting almost everything done at the end of the day. Giving this a one star for one very good reason! Her name is Jill. She may tell you she has been doing this type of work for years but I don’t think she has ever run a nursing facility. I told her when I left it would be because of her. All the things she told us in her interview is a lie. She just recently lost another BOM. They will never have one like me ever again. I knew my job even tho this company has piss poor training. I miss all the residents they were my favorite part. 😍 I hope atrium sees the error of their ways... read more

My Aunt received HORRIBLE care from here last year during her long term care. It doesn't even deserve 1 star, mostly due to administrative/care staff. Do not send someone you love here......EVER.
