I have been a patient at Prescott medical and dermatology group for a few years now and have always had a good experience with staff and Doctors. The wait times have not been too long and the doctors have always taken the time to explain treatment options. over all I have been a happy with the office.

They should hire a different kind of receptionist. You have one who treats people as if she were doing you a favor by serving you. Remind her that she receives her check thanks to the patients... not because of her bad mood, and that when she doesn't want to work, she can stay home... this happened today, June 26, around 3:30 pm.
