I paid $1,500 for Shannon Prescott to serve as GAL, and her report was full of false and damaging information. Called this office today to request information about a case for a family member, and was confronted with Samantha, who insisted my phone messages were never recorded!.. Was the told that she was unable to adhere to my request, Samantha was not only rude and disrespectful but, very Unprofessional!
