I am disappointed with the representation I received. Neil Jamieson did not take the time to understand my son’s medical & educational needs, despite multiple providers expressing serious concerns with documented abuse from a physician where my ex was escorted out of a medical office. Key information about his diagnosis, school struggles, & recommended treatment was not effectively presented to the court. Kind people, great result!
I had a consultation scheduled, with Neil Jamieson, and arrived 15 minutes early and had taken the day off for this. The receptionist was cold, which I brushed off. Neil was 10 minutes late, then informed me (in a condescending tone) that the appointment was actually scheduled for yesterday, saying “we’ll take the blame for that miscommunication.” I double-checked — it wasn’t on my end, I would have loved to have yesterday off as it was my partner's birthday.
