I've used them for years. They are very professional, and courteous.
Normally I don't post reviews, but I ran across the negative review on Prescott Import Car Service and just had to contradict it. My wife and I have brought them our Lexus cars and SUVs exclusively for the past 10 years. Best auto service we have ever received, hands down, anywhere. Great people, knowledgable, fair, flexible, and dedicated. Just an exceptional business.
I really wanted to work with this shop. Unfortunately the service is abysmal. When I first came to them they were courteous and very professional. I even bought a car from them for my daughter who has just begun college. I had a couple of my cars serviced and things were OK. Then things fell apart. I had a recurring issue with my VW TDI air conditioning and asked that they replace just the Coolant Sensor as this is a common problem with this model.
