The Prescott House undermined my trust in the therapeutic process and made it significantly more difficult to recover from my potent mix of mental illnesses. I was at Prescott House from September of 2024 until graduating from the program in October of 2025. Prescott House saved my life. More than that, it gave me back a life to live. The therapists and staff are compassionate about their mission. Most of them have been to Prescott House themselves and are paying it forward. It will not be easy. They commit fraud, I was a client a few years ago and my family paid for me to get a CSAT, the previous ownership said I would and pulled a bait and switch and gave me an unqualified therapist, I've since attempted giving up on life. IVE asked for a refund and been ignored by their ceo Tim Scanlan and clinical director Jeff Martin.
