Friendly staff, knowledgeable and efficient repairman, who just fixed what was needed, and didn’t try to upsell.
The technician arrived earlier than scheduled (which was great!), was efficient and thorough, and explained what he'd found and what the possible repair solutions were. A followup email arrived within hours of his departure, provided the invoice and photos of hardware. Excellent service!

Brayden was punctual and professional. He was able to diagnose my problem and presented a few options and pricing for me to evaluate. He also came out to another house and fixed a minor issue same visit. He demonstrated a deep understanding of HVAC systems and was definitely highly knowledgeable and experienced. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing HVAC service
We manage a large commercial building in Prescott and we're having issues in several suites with the air conditioning. I called Prescott Heating and Cooling and they came out the next day. Dalen (technician) was prompt, incredibly knowledgeable and took his time to explain the possible problem. He was able to get our unit operating again and it didn't cost us a fortune. I highly recommend them and from now on we'll be using their services for all of our maintenance and repairs.
