I was notified by text that senior service tech Brayden was on his way ( with his photo) which I really appreciated. He was professional and explained his findings and gave detailed info on what options could extend the life of my equipment. He completed the service in a timely manner and left the area clean and in order. Great experience!
Raul seemed to be very thorough. He took his time working through the stuff on the roof and explained that what he found. He showed us pictures and explained what the issues were. He was easy to work with.
I needed my furnace checked, it wasn't working. Also needed confirmation my A/C was working properly. When Brayden S. arrived, I relayed to him all the information I could for both the furnace and the A/C. He promptly got to the task and found the source of all my problems within minutes. It has been a great experience working with the staff of Prescott Heating And Cooling! It began with some terrific education by Brayden. He was very patient with my lack of understanding and very thoroughly explained my current HVAC system and the system he was recommending.
