I really appreciate Dr. Gordon and his entire staff at Arizona Heart Rhythm Center in Prescott AZ. They have all been very kind, patient and professional. I love the way Dr Gordon is able to do Telehealth appointments and all the information he is able to review on his big screen. Dr Gordon is absolutely great!! Took care of me right away, ordered my heart monitor same day, installed it right in his office, And even provided me with his personal cell phone number to keep in touch!!! What doctor does that in today's world?? I would recommend him to everybody!!
Great place for heart work.
The staff is amazing, that's the only good thing about this place. Dr. Gordon was extremely rude, didn't care about what I had to say, and was unprofessional. They also lied to my insurance with the billing, over stating the time I was "seen", they counted waiting in the common waiting room, which they should not per my insurance!
We did have to wait for over an hour. However, Dr. Gordon and Dr. Nafisi are top notch.
