OUTSTANDING! To begin with, I screwed up. I thought my appt was in the afternoon. When my google calendar popped up that my appt was in 10 minutes, I knew I was in trouble. I called their office. They were still able to fit me in. I might add their office sent multiple reminders of my appt prior to today...phone call, text messages, etc. Somehow, I still thought it was an afternoon appt. I was referred to this facility was told to complete paperwork. I had a referral. I completed paperwork and never received a call back. It’s been 1.5 years. Got tired of waiting so I will be calling a specialist in Scottsdale.
Moved here four years ago from California. I had a good Gastroenterology team in California, but when we came here, I tried to get a gastroenterologist to take care of my Diverticulosis. I have had a problem with diverticulitis for about 10 or 15 years. I was referred to this office when we first moved here, and saw a PA, but nothing happened.
