I've been going to Stephanie FNP and other FNP's in her office since she started this practice. She has continuously given me expert assistance in managing some complex issues of mine. I've had emergencies in which she has seen me on her lunch hour and has communicated with me via email on the patient portal about labs which needed urgent attention - on a Sunday! - and has called in a prescription to address the situation. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted and treated wonderfully. The receptionist, nurse, and practitioner were all friendly, caring, empathetic, and attentive to my concerns and needs. My visit could not have been better. Specifically, Sarah Claussen, FNP-C is everything I could hope for in a doctor/nurse practitioner, and I am grateful to be under her care. I am lucky enough to have been recommended this practice. I have nothing but positive things to say. Sara was efficient and professional in taking vitals. Mandy was polite and professional and thorough. She truly spent more time with me than any doctor ever has, patiently answering my questions and providing complete information regarding medications, next steps, diagnostic testing, etc. without rushing me or talking down to me, using medical terminology but then immediately explaining them in laymens terms so I fully funder... read more
