Im disgusted with the disrespect and utter lack of professionalism Ron Andersen has showen on multiple occasions I have attended appointments with my friend as he makes him feel worthless and stupid for worrying about his health even told him he shouldn't worry about family medical history what has happened to his grandparents and aunts and uncles would not effect him that doctors really only look at parents well im sorry but where do you think my friends parents got they're medical problems from they didnt come out of thin ... read more
Service is horrible if you can even get the crusty old snot to even answer the phone! Been ringing for 10 min now.
Edit February 2025 I have seen Dr Cook a few times now and those interactions have been good. From 1 star to 4. Edit May 2023 From 5 stars to 1. Definitely miss Dr Kellam's kind, gentle, understanding and caring approach. I agree with another reviewer about prescription renewals, never had issues before but wow, such a waste of time now. Ever since Dr. Cooke took over, unfortunately as not been good experiences. From following my pregnancy and forgeting to send my early detection test, not knowing what folic acid is normally prescribed to pregnant women. Don't even get me started with my postpartum symptoms he deemed arrogantly and just anxiety and put me on anti-depressants. I've also heard from another patient that they felt also judged arrogantly.
