Very welcoming staff from the front desk to the person who took me to the exam room. Dr. Hewitt was very kind and explained my CT results to me. His exam was thorough and while I know he was dictating during the exam he also addressed all my questions and concerns. He recommended a nasopharyngeal scope and I was hesitant having assisted with this very procedure many years ago. My dad went to the Drs father, so did I, 25+ yrs ago. I assumed quality and compassion would pass down to his son, currently in practice. Very disappointed! He did not listen, talked over me, brushed me off, like I was ignorant. When I told him a few other issues relevant to ENT he said "well that's a whole separate issue, then led me to a room where I waited for the audiologist for 20 minutes and the nurse randomly came in and said oh, he's not here today lol????? Bad!!!!
It's was fine. No complaints. Got a quick appointment and all my questions answered
The doctor is was gentle with me during the exam.
As always, pleasent staffing, prompt services by great Dr. Folow through always timely. Thabks to all..........
