Story is long to tell, would not recommend them to a anyone or anything. Had issues years ago wait times were horrible if I even got to see the Dr. Witnessed several people very upset over wait times as well. Decided to try again recently hoping for improvement but wanted another Dr because I felt the Dr I saw before was extremely rude. Insinuating I was there just to see him!!! Dr. Hewitt is a very good doctor…he is very professional, knowledgeable and a good listener… I had a problem with my nose and he diagnosed it as a Staff infection after a culture was sent to the lab..after 5 weeks worth of antibiotics, blood tests & a CT scan everything came back normal…it’s been a long time coming as I’ve had issues with my nostrils for years… my last appt was today and I was cleared without surgery… Thanks again.
Do not come here under absolutely any circumstance. Professional time wasters. Sitting on this appointment for weeks and was very clear what I needed just to get here to find out they don't do anything near what I need help with. Took work off, wasted weeks of my time where I could've been calling around, getting an appointment with someone who can actually help me. Now I have to start all over and take even MORE work off for what? Because your staff has no idea what they are doing? Because they don't care enough to learn ho... read more
Dr. Strassser is great, as was his father before him. However, the hold time on the phone is extra-ordinarily long.
