We got referred by our doc to see Dr Strasser for my little boy and he was great. Very thorough, listened to my questions and everything I was saying. We came into this appointment thinking that we might be doing surgery and we do. Will be getting tonsils and adenoids out and he doesn't think we need a new set of tubes. I can appreciate that he doesn't push anything unnecessary and only what we need. His bedside manner was great. My little boy does have some slight hearing loss in one ear so we need to test yearly. Dr. Strasser did my tonsillectomy and decided to take my adenoids out during surgery. I didn’t know they were causing me so much discomfort as I thought it was just allergies. I’m glad he took the initiative to make my life more comfortable as I can definitely breathe better. He did a wonderful job and he’s a wonderful doctor. Melissa, his assistant, is such a sweet and caring lady. Why say you are in business but refuse to answer the phone? Also why can you guys not answer any questions over the phone. I will not come in and pay hundreds just to be told 'sorry we dont do this here' when you could have told me over the phone! Your type is why prescott struggles so much with health care! We dont want your falsehoods here! Plz be gone with some dignity!
