As a new patient at Prescott Complete Care, I was relieved to find a provider who I was immediately comfortable with. From Stephanie Maurer, PA, to the rest of the staff, I've experienced professionalism, concern about my health issues, and quick follow-through. Stephanie takes to time to talk with her patients, to offer thoughtful advice and suggestions, and to follow-up with a phone call or message when needed. I highly recommend Prescott Complete Care.
I love this place. I never have to wait for a long time and Grace is always very attentive and easy to talk to.
For my answer is Complete Care is a wonderful place to be for having a doctor. Dr. Adam Roberts was out that afternoon, however I got Grace. So very caring, and listened to my concerns and treated me with kindness as I really was not feeling well at all. So, I am saying, thank you so much for Grace in your office. Hugs

Grace Swanson is caring, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable. I have always felt that she takes the time necessary; I have never felt rushed. She treats you as a person, not just a number. Cannot recommend her highly enough. My only regret is that I didn't leave my previous provider sooner.
