DELAYS & SADLY DEFECTIVE WORK. My experience at Prescott Auto Body was terrible AFTER the job was "finished." Within minutes of driving my "finished" car I first noticed a loose control panel. Then I saw paint drips - something no body shop should allow out the door. Then, missing bumper and body bolts. Plus, the headlights were both hanging loose without retainer bolts! I returned. The response was argumentative and antagonistic. They finally agreed to do the rework, but I had to wait three days. The delay was disappointing... read more
