Shady dude, whole thing felt like a scam. Came in over $100k low on value. Don’t waste your time with this appraiser.
This got to be the worst appraiser in RI. I should have stopped by and read the reviews here before paying for his nonsense work. Appraisal came in 200K lower than comparable. He's comparing 4Brm, 3000+ sqf with 3Brm 2400 sqf. What a scam.

I recently had a home appraisal by this company . The appraisal company sent a man named Ronald, his appraisal was negligent. As soon as he enters my home he says this must be a flipper, I have flipped hundreds of properties. What type of goof ball would say that?
