Pros: Hallways are immaculate Grounds are immaculate Cons: The apartment uses the groundskeeper to menace residents. They know you cannot call the police on him. They know his behavior is menacing. Prescott in a fantastic Apartment Complex, the staff, Alexis , Barbara and Gary are the most kind helpful understanding managers around. I love living here and will for a very long time.
Whatever you do...dont move to prescott apartments!!! Manager is bipolar and maintanance man is a peeping tom!!! If you look better than the manager or make more money than her...which is not hard to do....she will make your life miserable!! She is a complete nutcase!!!She constantly slapped notices on my door and would wake up every morning to the maintanance man peeping in my window!!Then i realized that he was getting into my apartment!!!Filed a police report and manager did nothing about it!
