Exceptional! Renting online was simple. I had a large delivery coming in with less than a day to plan. I called Valarie to make sure their facility could handle the truck and she switched me to a unit with easier access. But that is just the start. The palettes were larger than I expected and the truck driver could not get the 3rd palette. This is where Valerie and her crew really stepped up.
