Simon and the team at Prescom go above and beyond to meet the needs of their clientele. They are polite and always a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.
Simon and his team at Presom Constructions are very professional and lovely to work with. We renovated 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, laundry and knocked down a couple of walls. It was a big job and Simon made the renovation process as smooth as possible. He took care in explaining potential design solutions and transformed an outdated, cramped bathroom into a spacious accessible one. We are very happy with the final result and would highly recommend Simon and the Prescom team.
Simon and his team are amazing, they are professional, reliable and clean (there was never any mess left at the end of a day, they always made sure the site was spotless). I cant recommend Prescom Constructions highly enough. The extension they did on my property blends in perfectly with the rest of the house, it is difficult to tell where the extension starts. They truly go above and beyond.
It was very easy to connect with Simon, who understands the needs of his customers. We took his opinion as a licensed builder on some areas of our property that were highlighted as defects by our building inspector. His knowledge and inputs were invaluable and his solution brought us peace of mind. Thanks again. Will definitely recommend.
