Comfortable. Friendly tech. But....Went to bed at like 8-10 p.m. or so. I didn't fall asleep till like 4-5 a.m. (Which is normal for me) Then study was over at like 5:30! I thought I'd have more time till 7 at least if not later. Was hoping cpap would help me fall asleep faster right away during the test. I had such a great experience, I'm honestly shocked at the older reviews. I started with an at-home sleep study, then got referred here. It took 3 weeks for my appointment here after the at-home study. They called to schedule about a week and a half after, and called to confirm as the appointment got closer as well as gave me directions over the phone on what to expect and where to go. DO NOT TAKE A REFERRAL HERE! I wanted to give the facility the benefit of the doubt despite negative reviews, individuals telling me to go to Lubbock, and other professionals in the field detailing how I would regret my decision. I took a referral against my better judgment. What followed was a nightmare almost 6 months in the making. I called to cancel my appointment last week I thought and they still had me slated to come in. The receptionist seemed curt when I explained it. I guess I caught her off guard but considering uncancelled appointments lead to bills I am concerned. Edit: I did talk with someone about the situation and it is resolved to satisfactory, so upped the review from original score.
I have called twice now. I've been waiting to schedule my sleep study for 3 weeks. I'm about ready to go to another facility. I've only been in Clovis for 7 months and all my contact with PRMC facilities has been disappointing to frustrating. Pretty much was told that he couldn't tell me what to do(ED physician), but he would go to a bigger facility. He stated most people go to Lubbock, Amarillo or Albuquerque.
