Imagine having a baby and your nurse dismisses your concerns? Imagine wanting understanding what the nurse is doing but instead her getting mad at you. Or how about not listening to the doctor or the patient? Well, if you get Dalani, that’s what you get. Incompetent! Egocentric. She doesn’t ask questions or even care to listen. Pitiful honestly. One of the happiest moments in life, ruined by someone who doesn’t deserve to be a nurse.

I recently gave birth to my first child at PRMC and I cannot thank the L&D nurses enough for their tremendous care. Everyone was so attentive and kind and reassured this nervous first time mom. I felt safe and cared for and trusted that we were in good hands. I had an incredible experience and am grateful for all of the providers.

These are the kind of "medical professionals" that make you scared of having to see them ever again. They do not care about their patients and thrive on drama. Talking about you in negative ways, laughing at you to your face, calling CPS just because you irritated one of them. Less educated than people in larger facilities but also know it all narcissists. I do not trust these people with my families' lives, and it is one reason we are leaving this area.
