I am appalled at the way that Presbyterian Senior Care in Oakmont and the Assistant In the department of nursing have treated my mother. You have believed lies because didn’t get her way and have discriminated and humiliated one of the most faithful employees of Presbyterian Senior Center has had in years. She bailed the PSC out many of times when nurses didn’t show up or called off at the last minute. She has been one of your best supervising nurses you have ever had for many years. My mother was a resident at the Woodside and at Willows at Presbyterian SeniorCare in Oakmont during the last 4 years of her life. The staff there were so kind and caring of her. It takes a special person to care for Alzheimer patients and we felt they did a great job. The staff there really cared about mom. We are so grateful for all they did for her. I recommend them highly.

It is a shame that you have to suffer the wrath of an upset aide because you reported to the charge nurse that your family member didn't get their bath that day. Then when that aide comes in to bath her, she scrubs so hard that the patient starts crying and begged the aide to stop. You hear the aide saying, "I'm not hurting you". Bullying - that is what some of these aides are - BULLIES! This was not some confused patient telling what was happening over the last several days. This was a 62 yr old woman with a knee injury sen... read more
