I would give NO stars if I could. A few months ago, my doctor wrote a DIAGNOSTIC referral to see if we could figure out why I have such horrible joint pain. The fact I was given the runaround for 4+ weeks should've been my first red flag. First they couldn't find it, then it was awaiting approval, then I needed labs, then they lost it again, up until I said I was going to bring my paper referral in so they could get a copy. I just posted a lengthy review for the Albuquerque branch, but since I also have a little experience with this clinic I am also submitting here.... this clinic was NOT helpful, at all. Despite being told that I could drop off my paper referral for a specific RA doctor with the Presbyterian Rheumatology at ANY of their locations so as to have it entered into their system, this location and office manager (?) basically brushed me off since she did not recognize the name of the doctor I was requesting.
