This hospital is the worst hospital I've ever visited, my brother in law went in with chest pains in the morning they had him sit there without treating him at all because they think every Hispanic that walks in there with work clothes is on drugs ,they wouldn't treat him until they got a UA from him this is ridiculous already hes not the only one that I have heard this hospital do that too its been tons of people, someone needs to do something about this enough is enough ,we took him to portales and the doctor over there sa... read more
Worst hospital I have ever been too! I tore my achellies “or how ever you spell it” tendon went there straight after the injury and had to wait 2 hours for an X-ray that went fine the we waited for another 4 hours before we decided just to leave and call my PCP in the morning! My PCP recommend to go to Lubbock or Amarillo to there emergency room, so we drove to BSA and was seen and taken care of and drove home in less time than sitting in that horrible thing they call a hospital! Went in due to a swollen kidney that was excruciating. Checked in, i was left waiting for 45 minutes vomiting in a trash can (was asked to move away from the nurses window while vomiting) when I finally approached the check in window begging for them to help me because I was in so much pain they called security on me instead. The security guard (older gentlemen) was on a power trip and accused me of yelling at the nursing staff, I did not, not was I rude or used profanity. I was essentially ran off. I had an emergency appendectomy recently. The staff was extremely informative at each stage of my stay there. I would like to thank the nurses, techs, housekeepers and food deliveriers. I would mention each of you by name, but of course I can’t remember names. But I do have nicknames for many of you The most dedicated ( I’m sure many worked 14-15 hours and I would see them first thing in morning with a cheery smile.
