This facility used to be amazing when Dr Mary Gallegos worked here. Now they barely have any midwifes and you're lucky to get a decent one. The one they stuck me with is not the best and i hate to say but i dont think i will be using this one anymore. Always went here with every pregnancy but this time, i most likely will change locations. Please hire better midwives!!! They only have 2. One of the others gave me a botched emergency c section and caused me to have a post operation infection. Shouldve/could've sued them!!!!! ... read more

Tried to make an appointment for my first trimester, I know I’m pregnant. They refused to schedule without me taking a home pregnancy test. I don’t understand, why can’t I take one in the office? that’s the whole point of the appointment to confirm my pregnancy!!! Like what. I can imagine the care I’d receive when this is just making the dang appointment… How rude ladies. These are the ladies that should be supporting us instead of “making us go through the process”

She asked if I had ever had surgery since it's usually applied topically. I said no - but I did know that my mother's identical twin was allergic to shellfish and ... read more

I started going to Pres OBGYN when I was about 45yo where very late onset of menopause runs in my family. My periods were still regular. They diagnosed me with “abnormal uterine bleeding” because I’d once or twice had some spotting between periods but had begun to get heavy flow and painful periods. They told me I could be periomenopsusal. My Mom got her period till she was 63yo. Women in my family had babies in their mid to late 40’s . Meanwhile no one offered diagnostics or care. I was in so much pain I’d call the nurses t... read more
