Incompetent scheduling people. I had to schedule a procedure to remove precancerous cervical cancer and after waiting 4 months to get in, i get a voicemail around 4pm the day before my appointment saying they need to reschedule me. I tried calling them back but never got anyone. I haven't been able to go in person but I did want to highlight the gentleman I spoke with on the phone, I believe his name was Brandon. He was very kind, offered alternative options and friendly

They cancelled my appointment (that I scheduled 3 months in advance) with less than 24 hours notice and no explanation other than “my supervisor told me to”. Then told me if I reschedule that I need to give them notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. What a joke of a scheduling department.

Say it's important you come in for appointments on a regular schedule yet only have one or two appointment times available when you schedule your next appointment and seem rude about it. Really disheartening. I wish they were as amazing as their partners at perinatal associates but don't come close. The worst part of my pregnancy so far.

I wouldn't recommend. They had canceled an appointment through a voicemail we called back to reschedule another appointment they wouldn't reschedule (even if you are 32 weeks pregnant) and just said we are on a waitlist and marked high priority even. We had called for two months and same answer! They don't seem to care about urgency and just say we will give you a call when something opens up.
