The female receptionist was so mean to us... my wife apologized halfway through the call and asked for patience and said she was sorry for wasting the woman's time but we have never had a baby before... the receptionist literally told us if we don't like how she's responding we can drive to lubbuck... This office knows they are the only office in town and don't care how they treat people... When people are checking in and the receptionist asked for name address phone number and other personal information, everyone in the waiting area could hear it. I think that breaks HIPPA Law. This needs to be changed.
As of now the only reason I am giving 5 stars is for Dr.Ballesteros. His has been the only one that has made me feel like I was safe and spoke to me with respect. I would give 1 star to Dr.beachum specifically. I found her rude and I do not feel safe with her at all. I am indifferent to everyone else but I definitely think Dr.Ballesteros is carrying that place on his back considering he is the only one who I have any confidence in.
This place is absolutely sad and no one cares here about your health, not even the OBGYN's and this is coming from a man who got to see everything. The doctors forgot to put in their notes day of miscarriage that my wife had a miscarriage. Had an appointment scheduled at 4:20 waited for almost an hour while people who came in after me were getting called back if you scheduled an appointment don't plan on being seen until way after your appointment time this facility is absolutely ridiculous and has ZERO sense of time management if I had any other options for obgyns I would never come back to this facility
