The nurses and doctors were very nice but we had many issues. We received medical advice that was inaccurate after talking with other doctors and checking current medical guidelines. I had to wait over 2 hours for my female doctor to come in, not apologize, and say they can’t do anything because everyone has already left. My husband made a reservation and told them about my situation being serious but they didn’t do anything.

They don't care about your health. If you have issues, they'll keep saying they don't see a problem. One of the docs constantly forgot why I was being seen and wouldn't review my chart. My latest appointment, I sat there for over 2 hours and the doc never showed up. No one bothered saying anything to me about her not being there until after 1, until I got up and left the room. My appointment was at 10am. They had no other docs in the building that could cover the shifts she knew she couldn't make.

Now the last time I had a child in Clovis was in 2013 so it was based on those experiences that I chose to come to this hospital for, my care during the pregnancy. Staff was friendly, they were kind, however I have never experienced an appt, especially the initial appt, where it was so scattered, by that I mean I didn’t receive my 1st trimester ultrasound AFTER I explained ... read more
