Find a different hospital, I am absolutely serious. First, let's review the Neurology office receptionists. They are useless. I have had appointments made without my consent, I have been told wrong answers about my bills, and I have also had been lied to that they have "informed" me about voicemails left to my cell phone number which has been the same with this hospital for the 3 years I have been here.
