Sinue was very helpful and kind! He has been the only one to stay on the phone with me to try to figure stuff out so I couldn’t be more appreciative!
The waiting time in the lobby is brief. I can trust to be in and out in a timely manner. Medical staff is amazing too. The only part I struggle with are the appointments. I have to wait up to a month to be seen. Because I am happy with patient care and attention, I haven't changed clinics. But I realize it's pretty much a clinic for patients who require ongoing appointment instead of like mine that I only need to be seen when I actually need to be scheduled in. Wait time in lobby and examination room was very short, I felt like they had a genuine concern about my health issues, comfort and privacy. After my first appointment and a long needed change in medication, I saw a huge improvement, in only a few hours. For the first time in years, I feel like I’ve found a primary care provider who truly cares about helping me improve and maintain my health.
