Had an appointment for 9am. Got there 15 min early for my first time visit for paperwork. Got me back to the room exactly at 9.....but then waited for the physician for an hour to actually visit my room. Place was not busy at all. And there is no front desk person.

Never answer their phones better off going somewhere else where they actually know what their talking about
