I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the treatment my cousin received at this clinic . The experience was deeply troubling, and I believe it is necessary to bring this to your attention for immediate review. From the beginning, the interaction with the staff was unprofessional. The place is alr when they answer the phone and actually give you the time to place an appointment been trying to for a minute already and just get left on hold for 15-20 minutes each call for no appointment to be made
CNP Aileen Liong is amazing! Very knowledgeable and super friendly since day one! The five stars go out to her. For going above and beyond everytime!!
Excellent care. LaValley and Liong and staff are superb too . We are fortunate to have these 2 professionals in our community.
