My husband and I tried out the Presbyterian Medical Center in Santa Fe for Primary Care. We both had different doctors for the same clinic. We both waited 4 to 6 months to see the doctors. My husband is 69 next month and the primary care doctor did not think that CBC or BMP/CMP were necessary annual blood work tests. The other doctor I saw, did not put through my medication, I followed up with MyChart, 2 days later still nothing so I had to call. Still waiting. ACCUSED OF BEING A CRIMINAL! I called billing to get a code for a claim I was submitting. A lady in billing said what I was doing was illegal and accused me of being a criminal. She refused to provide any information nor would she let me talk to her supervisor. I called corporate to make a complaint. I left a message to return my call. No one has contacted me to date.
