Waited months for a neurology appointment, they ignored my symptoms and told me at least you prolly don't have cancer... They shooed me out with no answers or tests. Never got to see an actual doctor, just a game of telephone with some kinda nurse type deal to relay my info second hand during the appointment. They singled handedly soured my opinion of the medical system and crushed my hope of ever getting answers.
I have had good service and care in the past, but I am no longer impressed. I have been out of an asthma medicine for weeks, because Mikal Stoker has not provided information required by CVS Caremark. I have called her office, and writen messages in MyChart, but no one responds and I am having trouble breathing. What does it take to get help?
Arrived here nervous to establish a new PCP only to be met with kindness and warmth from Imani (the wonderful nurse) and Dr. McCann. Both were incredible! They made me feel comfortable and welcome! Dr. McCan was thorough and extremely pleasant. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you, both!
