If there was a way to give no stars or negative stars I would do that. This has been the worse case of patient “care” I’ve ever experienced. Over three hours coming in from the ER with my son having a cardiac event and still haven’t seen a doctor. The nurse has walked by the room several times without checking on him. Ridiculous and shameful.
These 5stars belong to Kevin RN in the ER and Antoinette in recovery. Awesome kind with wonderful bedside manners! As for the other nurse she needs to learn bedside manners the blonde girls told me "there are more important patients then me" if I could rate her it would be negative stars
Well, I didn’t experience no rudeness even though I heard it from other people, but these people are nice to me maybe because I have a good attitude and I have a good personality now people that just go in and don’t have a good attitude or personality they’re probably gonna get treated as such so that’s just me OK thank you you have a wonderful day
No one's going to believe I gave an ER 5 stars but here I am because I had the most compassionate male provider which is wild. I went there because I thought it was a uti but it was just one of my 5 autoimmune conditions. This man asked me what meds I wanted as tears ran down my face in pain. Strong ibuprofen basically and then when all the tests came back "normal" he offered comfort medicine. It made me weep and it's rare that I feel this seen by a medical provider.
