Staff are unhappy people and treat clients like an inconvenience. I received horrible customer service at the front desk, I wasn't welcomed in or asked what I was there for, instead was given blank "what do you want" faces from an older woman and younger male. The nurses were rude, unfriendly, and seemed more interested in gossiping. Presbyterian Hospital Very disappointed with my experience here. This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, it made me never want to return. One of the male employees at the front desk treated me as if I was an inconvenience. He barely acknowledged me, acted like he didn’t want to be there, and seemed bothered by my presence. I was simply trying to ask a question and figure out where to go since I had never been there before. It would have taken five seconds to speak kindly or offer basic guidance, but... read more
