I would strongly caution anyone considering Dr. Hand. From the start, my scheduled 30-minute sessions never lasted more than 15–20 minutes. Instead of meaningful guidance, the “help” provided felt like it was pulled straight off a self-help wiki page, generic, surface-level, and dismissive of anything deeper. Only gave her a 1 star because I had too. Rood and very unprofessional, did not care about the issues that were most important. Made my Granddaughter very upset the way she talked to both of us. People should never let their position go to their head, let alone be given a job that makes them feel entitled to treat people badly. Will never go back! My Granddaughter did a back slide after seeing this woman. Don't do it, save yourself somewhere else.
