Today I had to bring my 97 year old mother in for a recent ER followup and Joseph was most patient while we went over details regarding DNR instructions and related paperwork and checking the wrist BP pump i brought in for comparison accuracy while listening with great calm to our various questions and mother's recent ER crisis hypertension episodes and consequent medication alterations. We appreciated the high quality of time, care and attention that we were given today!
