This job is very accommodating and has great benefits , but a typical day working here as a dietary aide is very disappointing.first off, Management is ran poorly and I can explain why -They constantly put you in positions to fail Example: Food is not prepped to serve residents by the employees that are assigned to do so -There is no clear sense of direction Example: Employees are not assigned tasks such as prep, who is supposed to plate room trays or take residents orders.
