Zero stars, don't waste your time because that is all they seem to want to do- waste patients time, and lots of it! You will likely be waiting 6+ months for an appointment and then good luck getting the doctor to show up! The level of incompetence is unbelievable. The doctor and staff insulted my intelligence with poorly constructed lies and blamed me for the doctor sabotaging and failing to show up for appointments. After 7 years this was the center that finally ruled out all cancers only to come to find out it was all an inflammatory disease
I had always had Blue Cross Blue Shield. I was employed at UNMH as an outpatient clerk when I received my diagnosis in 2018. I was always treated at the UNM Cancer Center. In 2023, however, I was hired by the City of Albuquerque, and at that time, they contracted their insurance through Presbyterian, so I needed to find all new doctors. And I did.
