Unfortunately, I made the mistake of going here. The nurse practitioner in orthopedics missed my avulsion fracture and is now trying to back track. The same day they came back saying the fracture was “old” is the same day no one is available in medical records. With the avulsion fraction she was still trying to prescribe an anti inflammatory and a muscle relaxer for a piece of bone being ripped away from the main bone. Unbelievable. Go elsewhere. Go to Portales, drive to Lubbock/Amarillo. I have had a medical issue since the start of the year in January. They kept delaying and ducking. General Surgeon can’t keep appointments, cancels often. General Surgeon and Urologist cannot communicate and one says one thing, and the other one says the other. Care is everywhere, nothing was addressed to make me feel better or let me know my care plan.
