I don't know who I need to speak with. I can't never get through to anybody when I try to call. I am trying to reschedule my gallbladder test and nobody answers the phone. I am still to this day trying to get my scopes scheduled and they will schedule me and then call me right back and tell me that the doctor is not in the office that day and that they will need to reschedule again, they keep doing this and my symptoms are getting worse. If I could rate this negative zero Stars I would!! These girls that answer the phone are always rude! I was supposed to get some Scopes done since February the 20th they canceled on me rescheduled for March 20th and then I came up with covid and they canceled on me again even though I would have been better and not contagious by the time I needed my scope done in March so I tried to call and get it rescheduled now that I'm better and nobody ever called me back I called again I got attitude from the girl who answered the phon... read more
